Security

Every Vokrix tool runs on infrastructure we host and maintain. This page describes what protects the data you upload.

What protects your data.

Encrypted in transit and at rest

All traffic to Vokrix tools runs over TLS. Data at rest is encrypted by the platforms we build on, by default.

Row level security on every table

Every table in the Vokrix database has row level security enabled. Access is checked by the database itself, not only by application code.

No passwords to leak

You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email. There is no password stored for your account.

Card details never reach us

Payments are handled by Stripe. Card numbers are entered on Stripe and are never stored on Vokrix infrastructure.

Who handles your data.

Vokrix operates its tools directly. A short list of providers handles hosting, storage, payments and email. The full list is on the data processing page.

Common questions.

Where is my data stored?

In a managed Postgres database on Supabase. Uploaded files are stored in the same Supabase project.

Who can see the data I upload?

You can, and Vokrix staff can for support and operations. It is not sold and not shared with advertisers.

Is my data isolated from other customers?

Yes. Row level security is enabled on every table, so a query can only return rows belonging to the account making the request.

How do I delete my data?

Email jan@vokrix.com and we remove your data from the tool.

Report a vulnerability.

If you believe you have found a security issue in any Vokrix tool, tell us before disclosing it publicly. We reply within one business day.
